  Very reliable car-service. I use them if I have an early morning flight by reserving a car the night before. They are more reliable then Uber that early in the morning. And they have flat rates.

  If I could give this car service -20 stars I would. The cab driver took me through three different parts of Brooklyn just to get to my destination that was only 15 minutes away from where he picked me up at. I am extremely late for my doctors appointment and probably would have had a premature labor. I’m so upset throw the whole cab company away.

  I have used white top pretty frequently when I am in the crown heights area. I just now at 4:24 am, on this Thursday, called white top to a cab going to bed stuy. I gave the dispatcher my address and she told me three minutes. Within that time, I was outside waiting on a cab. Five minutes later, I call back the dispatcher for her to be nasty with me. She told me I never called white top for a cab and he already picked up the woman going to bed stuy. I am standing outside now waiting for a cab from a different company.i work with customers everyday ( I work at a hotel). Your job is to literally speak with guests to dispatch cars. If she can not check her attitude, she needs to be fired . We (the customers), are funding their business. I will never spend not a penny with them again. Call any other crown heights car service but them. Horrible service!!!!

  I had a Christmas party at my job in the city. I called and was given the price which by the way was not increased when it was time to pay. The driver was pleasant and took a route which had less traffic. The only reason I didn't give a higher rating is because I was told 5 minutes & found myself standing around in my coat for 15 minutes. Happy Holidays, good job!
