  White Plains Vapors is awesome. The staff is extremely knowledgeable AND they provide excellent customer service. Every question I have asked has been answered with ease; The staff willingly educates their consumer.

  Top notch Customer Service! They go above & beyond every visit. Went in with a cracked tank, expecting to pay $40 for a new one. Instead, one of the guys was able to replace the tank's glass for only $5. Seeing as I'm not even a regular, I was really impressed.

  Jackie was fantastic. VERY knowledgeable and professional. I thought that my tank was broken because it was leaking. I went in there ready to but a whole new unit. After looking at it she came to find out that I was using the wrong coil. I appreciate great customer service. Her honesty gained a life long customer.
