  My first encounter was with Claudia over the phone. Extremely caring individual. She was able to give me an appointment the next day. Knowledgeable Professional staff. Very Caring. Upright MRI. Technician was very caring always checking on me and explaining the next step.

  Where has this place been hiding!?! I needed a sit down open MRI and I search high and low until I found one I was comfortable with. (I had a poor experience with the one on the upper east side of Manhattan) At White Plains Hospital , I was treated like a VIP! Very important for a person like me who is super cluster-phobic! The place is clean, spacious, and modern. Most importantly, the staff and technician were caring and all around wonderful! Thank you so very much!

  I have to say. I never send a review in for anythng, but I feel this must be done. I went in for an MRI at 244 westchestet ave. on July 22 2016. And the entire staff was just unbelievable! Once they found out I was an retired police officer EVERYONE went out of their way to thank me for my service. I was truly touched and humbled by this. I was treated with respect (I could also see every person in there was treated the same). But as a police officer who has been through a lot. It was extremely comforting knowing that I was in the good hands of a great staff! Please keep up the great work. It means a lot to us in the rough times we are all going through Thank you all
