  STOP DONT GO TO WHISKERS I was looking for a good place to shape my beard after looking at the website and the fashionable guys with beards I decided on this place and my wife got me a gift card as a present . Once I arrived for my appointment my worries started instead of the fashionable so called beard men from the website whiskers only two employees are an extremely unfashionable older gentleman and lady after describing and showing pictures of what I wanted faded sides and longer in front a pretty basic shaping Tom completely ignored me and cut off all my hard earned length and rounded my beard in a basic old man cut all the same length and charged me $20 of my $40 gift card. Feeling obligated to not waist the rest of the gift card I booked a second appointment and once I arrived they informed me that I didn’t have an appointment (Tom had put it in for the wrong day) I asked if I could just use the $20 on beard care products instead I wasn’t really that excited for him to butcher my beard again Tom refused to let me use my $20 on products saying I had forfeited my remaining $20 on the gift card because I was a no show on the day he wrote down wrong! After me proving they wrote it down wrong I was offered to book another butchering but Tom still refused to let me just purchase beard products instead I definitely would not recommend this place unless you want to be cheated and charged $20 for a beard butchering

  Friendly welcoming enviornment. A little worried when I came in because I have never had a good experience with older barbers. Tom however was awesome! The man knows what he is doing. A little pricey, but I am willing to pay more for the detail that they put into a haircut and shave.

  Always a warm and welcoming environment. Classic old style barber shop where you can get a great cut and still get a shave and your shoes shined all at a great price. And now chair massages are available! Tom and Megan are always friendly and professional. A Utica Square fixture for many years.
