  I called them about my dryer not heating up. They told me that for 98$ they would send a technician out the $98 would cover a Diagnostics in labor I informed them that I did not need a diagnostic done on a dryer because I knew exactly what was wrong with it but regardless of what damn for me I still have to pay the $98 even if I did not allow them to fix it $98 was for Diagnostic and labor well of course when a technician get to my home they don't work for Whirlpool and instead of the $98 covering what they told me it would cover I have to pay $98 plus labor plus parts and repair so my bill went from $148 to $277 and then Whirlpool denies that he even told me that keep in mind the only reason I decided to let them come out is because they told me regardless of what the $98 we have to be paid so I said if I have to pay for them to come out and look at it and fix it I should go ahead and let them fix it they did not tell me that it's a trip fee plus a Diagnostics fee I did not learn until the person arrived at my home false advertisement I'm sorry I would never pay $100 for someone to come and knock on my door as they stated there's a $98 fee just to knock on your door now today you tell me on two different occasions they assured me that the $98 was for Diagnostics and labor these are ther exact words that they chose to use when telling me this last week.. a big rip off in huge scammers do not use them you better off calling a repair company yourself at least you'll be told the fees up front with no hidden or manipulation at the end please avoid using them at all. Customer service has a very nasty attitude and so does the repairman how you going to be mad at someone when it's your fault
