  Ordered from Westport location through Grubhub - ordered Sprite and got Sprite Zero. Sandwich was supposed to be hot but it was cold. Waste of money.

  Absolutely love it! You come in grab a bag with the type of sandwich you want printed on it. You then put your name and customize it with markers provided for you. You then give the bag to the cashier whom rings you up. They then hang it up and slide it down to be made. Cookies are also made hot and on demand. Best sandwich concept around. They also have a vegan black bean Patty which is super delicious! My favorite spot for sandwiches.

  Idea: how about not close 25 min prior to what time your store front and website say you’re going to close. I’ve eaten here a few times and have enjoyed it because I’m a vegetarian and there are lots of great options. But it’s incredibly disaapoting to drive from the north side of town to Westport specifically for the vegetarian options and have it be closed so early. With unreliable closing times, I don’t want to try and make it here - I can just go somewhere else.

  This place used to be amazing with the nicest people. Went 8n there today and Jasmine made a tradition for me and my son an absolute nightmare. She is hands down the nastiest person I've seen in a long time! My sandwich was made wrong and when i asked her to correct it she became so rude and told me to read the menu next time. She wouldn't take my rewards card either. I will NEVER coe back here!!! Its a shame because it really was a great place to eat.
