  The Wheelhouse Detroit bike shop has been one of Detroit's standby bike shops for years now. Though it's a smaller shop, they offers a very unique schedule of bike tours around Detroit. These tours are a great opportunity for gaining an interesting perspective on Detroit, from architecture to public art, urban agriculture and more. The Wheelhouse now has a larger store in nearby Hamtramck as well.

  I rented a bike here to go bike riding in downtown Detroit. The overall experience was great. The bike rentals are decently priced and the staff was friendly and helpful. They also provide helmets for Safety! I definitely recommend this place 💗

  Good service and prices. They were very accomadating to my last-minute rental. I was able to pick from a number of styles and was pleased with the bike I rented. TIP: if you have a certain time you need to meet people or be somewhere, arrive a few minutes early for check in.
