    On a positive note, the employees seem to have fun. The flip side of that is they seem to have fun at the expense of the customer care and the food quality. I waited a long time for my burger. I wasn't in a hurry so no big deal. When I got it though, the food was ice cold. Not lukewarm like it had sat for awhile. The bun was literally cold. Like it had been in the refrigerator. That was bad enough. The burger was also cold. Not as cold as the bun but pretty darn close. I ate one bite. Now I wait with baited breath to see if I have food poisoning. Oh joy. I won't return to this location. The location near us in Irving is so much better.

    Came all the way from France to enjoy a Whataburger, and the manager didnā€™t have the attention to let me know explicitly that the dinning room is closed after 10, she just pointed out drive through. I waited after 5 cars to show up to the window and she just shut the window in my face yelling ā€œI told you sir no walk up, only carsā€. I donā€™t understand how people can be so rude and unprofessional.

    This is one of the cleanest Whataburgers Ive ever seen. Crew was friendly and my food came out hot and fresh. I will be a regular here.

    Absolute worst fast food experience iā€™ve ever received. Considering the entire customer interaction via a drive though last 15 seconds I do not have high expectations. Just greet me, collect payment and give me my order. I was told payment was at the first window. I stopped at the window, put my car in park and make eye contact with 2 out of the 3 employees in that area. Not a single one even attempted to make contact with me. I drove to the second window, when finally someone from the first window called and said I needed to back up to make payment. I called the restaurant 6 times in a row after I left to inform the manager of this issue in there service and not one of my calls were answered. I could care less if your burgers are the ā€˜bestā€™ in fast food. I would rather buy a burger that is ranked a little lower with decent service then ever wast my time at a Whataburger drive thought again.

    For getting food at midnight the service was exceptionally fast! Employees were in a great mood and food was made well! Highly recommend this location for late nights escapades!
