  Door man was very rude. Was there for the entertainment..he kinda spoiled it for us..so only one drink and left...

  I try to post the positive so here it goes. Food was served hot and it was as we expected. However the reason for my review is because of our waitress. Terribly disappointed and it was obvious. However a quick email to the VP of operations of the captain cook remedied the terrible customer service I experienced at the whale's tail. I do believe this was an isolated incident.

  The poor baretender was run off her feet. She was amazing. Wine was awesome and food was great

  Went for the alaskan brewing company beer dinner and it was awesome. Great place for private event and the general manager is awesome. Thanks hope you all make your way there. It's a beautiful atmosphere and excellent service
