  Saw this on TV today, RATS all over. Owner on TV was spineless, defensive and refused to refund the paying customer who's items were ruined by rat poop and bite marks. He even accused her of bringing in rats. How trashy and LOW CLASS can a business owner get?

  Beware We rented at this place then we went to get our kids sofas out of the storage and we found that was infested with rats which burrowed into our sofas the sleepers all the boxes nothing was salvageable except for the stuff in plastic tubs! We had Channel 13 News out there they saw the dead rodents in our unit they smelled the dead rats in our unit. I contacted the Better Business Bureau I contacted the health district and channel 13 contacted the owner and he told them on camera what he's been telling me.that he knows that the place is infested with rats he then said he tells all his renters that the place is infested with rats which he did not my son and I were in the office together and he did not mention rats at all and then he called me a liar on the news. This infestation is going to spread desease to neighboring businesses and so on the health district needs to do something or Nevada itself needs to do something this guy does not care watch channel 13 news tonight and you will see how little he cares!
