  From moment I waled in the staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt welcomed, they even got my order right which most bagel places don't. Now I'm eating and very happy. Thank you West Side you will see me again!

  Pulled a 13 dollar price out of thin air for a wrap and coffee and still got the order wrong

  This place is disgusting. The bagel display has seeds, salt, dirt, and debris built up at the bottom of the case like they never clean it out. The people that work there are no better. One girl in particular looks so disheveled and dirty I feel like she would be sticky to touch.

  The place looks clean but the employees look dirty. They make your food with the same dirty gloves they collect the money and clean the counters with. The girls look like they rolled out of bed and came to work without washing their faces and brushing their teeth. Westside bagels......No thanks!
