::Westlake Center used to be a good location to shop, especially back when it first opened. Now it seems half empty and does not have the quality stores it use to. Yes the Rack and Off Saks are there now making it just like an outlet mall. I only go there now if I need something from Lush.

::Worked here from 2011-2012 as a security officer. Great crew, but the job was miserable. The whole experience made me vow to never do security again. I don't recommend doing mall security. Recently on a visit to Seattle and Westlake still hasn't changed except making the retail cater more to higher end clients. Still the same crowd of Juggallos and chronic homeless hanging around the mall and Westlake park. Making it an undesirable destination to bring family or do shopping. Personally I would only use this as a transit hub to get from point A to B. Westlake hasn't been a nice place since the early 2000's.

::Lots of good shops for a tourist like me. Easy access to the monorail and Link light rail. Couldn't find a bathroom though as access appeared to be closed when I was there.

::It's gone downhill compared to a few years ago. Monorail ride to Seattle center is convenient. Not much selection with shopping. A larger security presence would be nice as it seems to be necessary.

::Westlake used to be a nice shopping center twenty-something years ago. Now it is full of discount stores and just nothing of interest. I use it only to take the monorail to Seattle center. Hopefully the owner can perk it up a bit with better stores?
