::Save yourself from the nightmare of dealing with the Westerra Credit Union! I have a car loan with them and it takes serval months and calls to get a straight answer! I'm still trying to pay just a principal only payment! The external transfer on their website still has not given me my verification code. Then I thought I'd save myself the trouble and just write a check and deposit it on the app. Guess what surprises it doesn't work and referred me to call them. Once I got ahold of someone they said they weren't sure why it wasn't working! Wow, that's helpful (not). He said he would call me back once he figured it out. Still no call! Westerra has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! YOU'RE JUST A NUMBER!

::This is an awful experience. I usually come in here by weekly the systems are always down. The staff is extremely rude. Today was the breaking point when they Teller "Dora" extremely disrespectful condescending. She asked for my social security number and wanted me to say it aloud and wouldn't stay why she needed my full social security number when I asked her why is when the attitude came on I asked to talk to her manager and she said she wasn't there. I asked for her managers card in her car and she rolled her eyes and putting me in the wrong direction. The worst customer service I've ever experienced at a bank Dreadful experience.
