  Been with them since going to college in 2003. Can't say enough nice things about this credit union. My mother and I love it!

  if I could give no stars i would. this place has cause me more grief than any credit union I've ever worked with. first problem was one of there workers. this lady named Tony, is incapable of putting money in the correct account TWICE SHE PUT MY MONEY IN SOMEONE ELSE'S ACCOUNT!!! TWICE!!! Then i tried to make a car payment. and same thing they put my payment in someone else's account. I had $70 charge to my account that I hadn't made. they refuse to pay me back because they said my card had to have been there. I know where i was on that day and it sure as hell wasn't at the Denver art museum or anywhere near there. when i asked them what i needed to do to prove it. they simply said they need more information. what kind of info you ask? i don't know THEY WON'T TELL ME. they said it's impossible for the "chip" in our new cards to be duplicated. yet here i am. out $70 and not sure when the next time i will eat will be. Do they care? no of course not. they don't care about their customers. And their systems are obviously not as safe as they claim. they don't even want to try to work with me. So do yourself a favor. there are so many other credit unions to choose from. don't choose this one.

  They will lose your savings, screw up your account, and leave you without grocery money, but at least they are somewhat friendly about it. Thanks for helping me starve, westerra.

  Been banking here for 12 years and have always had great service. Like the personal touch like most employees knowing me by name. Great credit union!

  Love this credit union only 1 problem, I have direct deposit and if my deposit hits on Friday they hold my pay until Monday. Not exactly happy about that one but ok.
