  Long lines on Friday afternoons are always expected because it's PAYDAY, and there're about three tellers. Most of the time it's only two of them. If you're impatient, just don't come around rush hours to avoid a bad experience. Noticeable from normal moving traffic.  - No FREE public parking for customers.  - Use the ParkNYC app 📲 for street parking or the SpotHero app 📲.  - Wheelchair ♿ accessible entrance.  - Obviously, no FREE public restroom 🚻.  - Clean premise. 👏 - Friendly staff. All companies are trying to save more money by cutting down on their employees which in turn inconvenience customers. Aside from fewer available cashiers or tellers at the counter, services are improving. Services offered are as follow:   - Money transfer all over the world 🌏 in minutes to family and friends via the WU app 📲 , in-person for less or by phone,               • Send money to bank accounts,               • Receive money,  ***Transactions made through smart mobile 📱 devices are much more higher than in-person at Western Union itself.  - WU Money order purchase,  - Bill (utility) payment,  - Pay your parking violation ticket,  - MTA MetroCard sale,  - Coin exchange kiosk,  - Phone 📱card reload or recharge,  - Lottery machines,  - ATM 🏧 on site,  - NetSpend Prepaid MasterCard 💳,  - Foreign currency 💱 exchange,  Just like other financial services centers or  banking institutions, certain transactions require specific types of photo identification documents to be completed. When receiving money from family and friends, make sure to have them write your full name the way it's written 📝 on your valid government photo ID to avoid frustrating moments at the Cashier Window after waiting 20 minutes to 1 hour in line. It's the last thing you want to happen to you!

  Worst place to receive money from western union. They make me waste my time 6 times for the same transaction. They have the worst costumer service “the system is always down” or they are unable to give your money for A or B reason... last try they rejected my ID just for a freaking C on my ID that the people from western union sending the money refuse to put in the system because they said it wasn’t necessary... well I got tired and looked right away on the maps and there’s western union service at a rite aid and guess what... they give me my money just in seconds

  The worst customer service ever I went there to use Western Union and he told me all the machines are down he was lying to me and he was rude
