::This place is ridiculous, not to mention fraudulent. Quick to charge you for everything they say you need, while dragging out the process. Nobody should have to spend an entire day at a dentist unless they're getting reconstruction done. Now i am having a hard time getting reimbursed for work they never did. Plus they refused to give my records. Probably going to have to file a suit.

::The person running this place needs to be replaced.. It's so backed up here, they'll have u waiting for hours... They should.inform you that they'll be busy and you can be left waiting 5 hours so u can just schedule.somewere else... If you value your time I suggest going to a different spot . This place is chewing something that they can't handle.. this place is pathetic

::I normally hate the dentist but today Connie made my cleaning and my filling turned to prepping for a root canal easy and painless. Love that she gave me a window seat while I waited in my chair for her to prep everything. It was a really rainy day so it was calming to look outside at the rain. Connie is so kind and nice thank you I will see you in a few days for that root canal

::Connie is so nice! Sheβs helped me a couple of times now. Today, she removed my stitches and she was so gentle and explained what she was doing, which made it less scary. Itβs obvious that she really cares about patients. Thank you Connie!

::Western Dental is THE WORST! After my first appointment, they told me they had to get authorization, which would take 10 days. They said they'd call me at that time to set a second appointment. After more than a month, and unable to get a live person on the phone, I called Denti-Cal and found outauthorization had been sent 4 days after my 1st appointment. After numerous calls and complaints to corporate, I was finally given a Saturday appointment at 1pm. I wasn't called in until almost 4pm. I'm a little hard of hearing, and none of the staff, would speak slowly and clearly enough for me to understand what they were saying. I wasn't told the name of the doctor who did my exam, or the person taking impressions. I wasn't given any information about the exam results or notes. Finally, and worst, when she did the exam, she overlooked a very obvious and serious problem that she should have caught. It's shameful. The service, attitude and quality of care are of the lowest level.
