  Had an appointment and waited for an hour and a half. Finally wayy after the appointment time the assistant came out to say the dentist is going on an hour lunch break!!! Are you serious?

  I have paid over 11,000.00 dollars out of pocket for dental care. Which to this day is not right. Your dentist filed my natural teeth down so it wouldn't have lower teeth pressing on the upper crowns. I spent over a year going to WD for service and never had it done right. They had said even in front of my sister that they would fix the problems with no extra charge. I paid my contract in full and never signed a new one. Now years later you want to turn me over to collections. I NEVER SIGNED FOR ANY ADDITIONAL COST OR NEW CONTRACT ONE CANT JUST KEEP ADDING THINGS TO A OLD CONTRACT THAT IS PAID IN FULL. ANY one looking for a dentist beware. You can't even get to corporate to make a complaint. I am so done with this joke of a dental place.
