  I have been with this credit union for over ten years. All the staff has been friendly and professional. Dana has helped my husband and myself several times and is always knowledgeable, kind and professional. She is just amazing to work with! We love this credit union. Highly recommend!

  Western CT Federal Credit Union is awesome. I’ve been using them for years now and they are always so friendly and helpful. I also love that they are a credit union; such a different feel from the “big banks”. Also shoutout to Yvonne, she’s the best!!!

  I have been a client of WCFCU for over 5 years and I have had the best experience with them. Both Sabrina DeFazio and Dana Graziano have helped us tremendously securing loans with the bank. Dana always answers all my questions quickly and makes the process so easy. I am so happy I was finally able to find a bank that cares about the customers.

  Recently I had an extremely frustrating interaction with the teller Cintya regarding three overdraft transfer fees (the bank automatically transfers from savings to checking) that occurred within the span of two days, as I was completely unaware that I had been signed up for the service, I had never received any notice about them as they occurred, and the WCFCU account portal gives no option to turn it off oneself. Cintya was extremely unsympathetic, unhelpful, and could not (or would not) explain why she could (or would) only refund one of the fees. Soon after this occurred, Sabrina, WCFCU's president, got in touch with me to personally resolve the situation. She is wonderful, and has been extremely good to my family over the years. The amount of care she dedicates to ensuring each member receives the service they need is remarkable, and I am very grateful that she reached out.

  I have been with the credit union for what feels like forever but in reality is well over 15 years. As a small business owner we bank in multiple places but the credit union is hands down our favorite. We have slowly shifted almost everything to them and they are a go to for any financing. The best terms. The best customer service. The friendliest staff. Sabrina is just amazing. They treat us all like family know even my kids names! I would recommend them a million times over.
