  I've been purchasing machines from Westchester since 2007. My first machine a Consew still sews like new! I also purchase a Juki overlock, a Juki flatbed machine and a cutting machine back in 2010, they also work great!! The customer service is amazing! I always talked to John and he answered all my questions and even helped me pick the best choices for my budget and my small studio. I am about to expand and I will purchase all the machines from Westchester and will be loyal to them forever!!!

  They respond in the timely manner, and handle orders well, but some of the products they have do not last long so ask a lot of questions about the manufacturer warranty or returns and how they handle it. Since the products are heavy you cannot just ship it back.
