  Wow. This place is nice! They have a big indoor pool with jacuzzi and a huge gym with cable machine, weight machines, free weights and cardio equip. There's much more, but it's very accommodating to events and weddings. The room I stayed in was very nice.

  So this hotel is a bit dated. BUT the staff made up for it!!! Jen and Jen at the front desk really came through with some help when we had issues and Wanda (the shuttle driver) was so friendly and accommodative. Good service with a smile means everything and these 3 folks were fantastic. Nice job team!

  This hotel had me in love when I visited a year ago. I returned last weekend, in celebration of mother’s day. I rented a poolside room with a great view. The problems that occurred were as followed: the bedsheets looked dingey, room service took about an hour and a half to bring 2 towels, when I asked for 4. The attendant that was cleaning the room a few doors down, was rude and not helpful at all. When I asked for towels, she replied “you have to call the front desk, they don’t give us towels,” in a rude aggressive manner. My next and biggest complaint was the tub. The drain was stopped up and water filled up, my mom couldn’t shower (on mother’s day) because of that. I had to drive her to a family members house, in the Bronx, to shower so that we could enjoy our mother’s day, in a clean, smell good manner. Very inconveniencing. I won’t be back to this place and I’ll be sure To spread the word.

  Great staff, friendly service. Did not like HOTEL. Felt like I was in a cave, just an odd layout. I'm 1 girl & I ordered room service for DINNER, it was $80 bucks. I almost fell over! Again, service was amazing. Simply, not crazy about HOTEL rooms, it could use a make over, immediately!! Parking was out if the way too. If you have baggage, you don't need the gym cause it's a workout! Btw: Gym was alright, had a good workout.

  The staff was great! I would come back to see Colleen and Faith again! They were so nice!!! Also Dragon from their in-house restaurant was so sweet and funny! Rooms were clean. Only complaint is that HSKP left half empty/drank water bottle in the fridge and the toilet ran a bit after use. Neither issue would stop me from coming back though!
