  I was introduced to Billy and WESTCHESTER JEWERLY several years back. Since then, I haven’t gone ANYWHERE else for my jewlely related needs. Billy is a really pleasant guy. He’s incredibly accommodated and a pleasure to do business with. Not to mention, his team is wonderful and really on top of everything that goes on in the store. All of his merchandise is a fantastic quality and I really wouldn’t do business with anyone else. 5 star experience!!! Highly recommended!

  I have been a customer of Billy's for a very long time and I have never been disappointed. On my 40th birthday, Billy helped design and create a setting for my engagement ring and I received compliment after compliment wherever I went. People would literally stop me in stores or at parties to tell me how much they loved my ring. Billy and his wonderful team are honest and fair, and when it comes to making a jewelry purchase, large or small, you can't ask for more than that.

  Billy was absolutely amazing. He took the time to make sure my ring was absolutely perfect. So accommodating and friendly. Will definitely be going back for wedding bands and any other jewelry I need in the future!

  Billy and his team is great! Bought a bunch of jewelery over the years and have always been happy with the results. Recently bought an engagement ring and wedding band, noticed that it didn't sparkle the way I would have liked after a month. Billy had no trouble taking the time out to come up with a solution to making her and I Happy again with the commitment on her finger!! I would recommend this store to everyone we know.

  I adore this store (its a gem). I just flew in from GA (I’m a teacher) and this family owned business has such charm and southern hospitality. They helped me acquire three Alex and Ani bracelets. The store was busy but I didn’t have to wait, everyone worked as a team and greeted me with a smile. I got to meet the owner, and her daughter. I had a wonderful experience and I WILL definitely be returning again and again. My mother was so excited on Christmas Day. I’ll be returning during the summer to do some personal shopping of my own. I’ve also referred two friends there. You will not be disappointed!!!
