  i called west sacramento police to report a crime. Officer Sean Saylor badge #138, arrived, lied to me, false accused me, threatened me, so i called him a liar to his face. Good work sean. I reported him, but i was told police are authorized to lie (disrespect the public citizen}. good work west sac PD.

  West Sac PD has sub-contracted false alarm reduction notices out to a So Cal company-- Cry Wolf. (Communication arrives on a West Sac PD letterhead.) I initially received a violation and now a civil penalty for a false alarm and have to take the time to appeal the citation. Trouble is, I don't even have an alarm system. The entirety of the violation is false and it is left to me to jump thru the hoops to attempt to rectify the situation. The only individual at West Sac PD who I can speak to is conveniently on an extended leave. Apparently, the system is constructed so that no one person can be bright enough to correct a simple mistake.

  Sac PD should be replaced by West Sac PD. These officers are so great.
