  Having worked in a similar environment in a different city, I go to West Photo because it really is the only Professional store in town. Between their courtesy, honesty and knowledge, I'm grateful they are still open. Oh, and I do plan on sending any new photographers there as well.

  Hands down, best pro shop in town. They earned my trust by confirming and recommending for me a replacement Nikon body that I had already decided on, instead of pushing the most expensive stuff on the shelf. They had no idea I am a professional, and I didn't tell them. I just told them my needs, and they suggested the exact equipment to meet that need. No overselling (as some of their competitors sadly do). They take the time to establish your needs and skills and work from there. I trust them.

  Kyle rocks! He is so helpful and informative. When I traded in all my camera equipment I had accumulated over the last decade, he took his time going through it all. He also walked me through all my camera options and helped me decide what camera best suited my current needs.

  Nice selection. Helpful friendly service. Happy that there’s a brick and mortar alternative to online shopping.
