  Oakland PD mailed me a ticket for "parking in a bus lane", but there are no bus lanes on 5th near the station. Suck it long and suck it hard OPD.

  This BART Station is strategically located and has a big parking lot.

  Had to be here very early to catch a bus. Very scary area. Lots of drug addicts harassing you and I saw a stripped car about a hundred yards down the street.

  Convenient parking, yet always BUSY station. SAFE? well, yes & NOT. Plenty of beggars asking for money, lots of drunk & drug addicts around, not much security, lots of garbage every where. If you do not want to see "weird" people around do not park there. Moderate to High theft & other safety issues zone. Poor neighborhoods around. Yet convenient parking, great place to commute and transfer, but horrible when it comes to crisis, if you park there and something huge happens (like homicide) good luck, scary to walk there at day or night, dangerous. Often close because of riots and other known massive disturbance.

  So convenient for me to get to and from work.... Im blessed I don't know about anyone else... Bart and Oakland 👮 are very near most week days.
