::My grandfather funeral was today and it was a horrible experience. I never been to a disorganized funeral before. The funeral home is very small and was in a terrible location. Karen was so rude and disrespectful. At one point in this service she stated i couldn't see my grandpa and i couldn't touch him but i did ANYWAY!! I would NEVER recommended this funeral home to anyone. If i could rate this on a one to ten scale. I would give it a ZERO. I am VERY disappointed.
