  I use to like going there until I had a tooth pain and it was removed but I wasn't informed that my insurance didn't cover it so I ask why wasn't I informed before they allowed me the service and because I ask them that the secretary said they would get back to me so they told me not to come back to them no more just because I'm on a fixed income and need to know if there is a charge or not and I promise you I was never rude or disrespectful to no one everyone don't have money like a lot of people but I deserve to be respected and when I was like I just need to know before I select to get work done she was like I don't know your insurance but my thing is she been doing this for years so she knew so if you are low income I don't suggest you go there

  I've had my share of dentists over the years. I honestly can't remember having a bad one, even as a child. So when I say that these guy are amazing, that's really saying something! I hadn't been to a dentist in about 5-6 years, so I knew my teeth were in bad condition. I was afraid I would need surgery of some sort. They were in my PPO, so I decided to give them a shot (with all the good reviews and a solid rating). I was not disappointed: they were a very kind, professional, caring staff. They were honest and straight-forward yet had a genuinely friendly feel about them. Their prices are reasonable, and they worked with me and my schedule with the utmost flexibility. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone new in the area or simply looking for a new dentistry.

  I havent been to a denist in over three and a half years and i have been so scared to go because of how much work i needed done on my teeth and when i finally got the chance to go to west end they made me feel at home. They didnt judge me at all they made me feel like they wanted to help and not just for my money. They worked on my teeth for my own good. they didnt lecture me the whole time about making sure i took care of my new teeth but they did tell me if i wasnt gonna put effort into taking care of them they arent gonna waste their time. At the end of the day they are the best dentist in the state.

  I Love Dr. Hrstic and the whole staff! Everyone is great! I stayed with my Pediatric Dentist until I was 21 when she finally put me out and I was so scared to go to any other dentist. I tried 1 other dentist and didn't like the office staff, the dentist chair side manner and she hurt me. I found West End Smiles by chance and have been going there for years. I wouldn't trade Dr. Hrstic for nothing. She's so stuck with me!!!!

  I hadn't been to the dentist in over a decade... the team at West End Smiles made me feel immediately at ease in a judgement free zone and did great work to fix a few problems. I highly recommend this team if you're looking for a dentist.
