  My new favorite bike store. These folks are personable, knowledgeable and give you the time to assess options. Other bike stores I found rushed me or did not provide knowledgeable service. I am a novice rider and bought a simple bike but they treated my with respect just like any other customer. Love West End bikes and highly recommend

  Came in for a quick fix the gentlemen at the bike repair area where super helpful and very nice. Also salesman definitely knew there gear and brands and answered all questions very well. Best shop downtown so far.

  Lovely store with top qaulity products at appropriate and competitive prices. Mechanics are polite, knowledgeable, willing, able, and equipped. I am very inquisitive and the gentleman who repaired my bike was very informative. The entire staff was kind and that is choice. Thank you West End Bikes. That was a job well done.
