  After a much distressing experience with West Elm at Dadeland, the folks at Midtown returned my belief in good customer service. Adele was wonderful.

  The products are great. This location has friendly service and a nice showroom. The downside is that there is no free parking, as far as I know.

  DO NOT ODER FROM THIS STORE!! Ive been waiting over a month for a couch and they don't call to let you know an updates or confirm any scheduling. Worst customer service i've ever experienced. will not shop here again.

  I advise to not order any furniture from West Elm. I have purchased my first home and what should be an exciting experience has turned into a nightmare because of West Elm. After waiting over a month for my couch to be delivered, I receive the couch damaged. The damaged part of the couch cannot even be scheduled to be replaced until 2 weeks from now. I have also been waiting for a bed frame that came incomplete and now is on back order for the next 3 1/2 months! So not only is my couch deformed but I am forced to sleep on the floor for a few more months if I intend to keep stick with this piece of furniture that I paid $1000 for. Thank you West Elm for ruining my experience as a first time home owner.
