  One of my mandatory morning stops. Fruit is always fresh and decently priced. Perfect place to grab a snack for lunch. Also, it's right across the sidewalk from the entrance from McDonald's, so when you're getting a coffee or a snack, you can get some juicy oranges or bananas to supplement the meal. It's cheap enough to share with everyone in the office!! The price is much better than what I've seen lower in the city.
