::The manager here was absolutely rude. My fish sandwich had broken fish pattie that looked like somebody dropped it on the floor and picked the broken pieces up and put them on the bun. I asked for that to be replaced. The rude manager asked the cook why I couldn’t eat that. The guy at cashier was nice but wore a dirty hoodie and his hands were filthy. I liked Wendy’s Fish sandwich and was looking forward to this season. All the Wendy’s restaurants I went to in the past had nice employees and were never this dumpy and filthy. Complete disappointment. Will never come back.

::Extremely rude. I am staying next door at the motel 6 and got a mobile order. The woman was super ignorant and rude and almost didn't give me the order I paid for. Extremely ridiculous. Very upset. And I will definitely tell people not too come here. Unless you wanted too be treated like you are a hassle and then get cold nasty food. I'm shocked. Never had such a bad experience at a fast food place. Wish I could give a zero

::The worst customer service I have ever seen. I think everybody just got noticed that they have one week left to live they are so depressed. I even asked the girl at the counter to smile, it's not all that bad and she looked at me and didn't crack a smile. There is no talking behind the counter and everybody looks like they're about to cry and the fries are cold and there is nothing on the condiment counter. Avoid this at all cost if you like a happy atmosphere to spend your hard-earned money.

::I went there to buy lunch for me and few coworker, when I arrived the cashier was in the phone for about 9 minutes until the manager told her to take order. The service was horrible, people acted with attitude like they were force to work there. I ask a question regarding my order and the lady roll her eyes. The manager was too friendly with the employees and she did not correct them or apologize to the customer for the employee’s attitude. The people on drive true was very polite to the customer. I do not know if I will return to that location.

::1st impression as soon as I walked in no greeting or anything. The dining room was not cleaned. Employees were rude. The cashier was nice but needs to wear a hair net or a hat. And all the ladies were not wearing a hat nor a hair net. Needs a lot of employments. Told the cashier for the double hamburger and instead she rings it up completely different.
