  Horrible customer service. It was never like this in the past, atleast not at this restaurant. I really do hope they hire competent people from now on, what a shame.

  I should've known not to go past 5 But I was hungry. Stopped by for a pecan salad. They messed up the whole thing. It included. Lettuce,pecans, blue cheese, cheddar cheese, apple, cucumber and onions with ranch. It seems like the afternoon staff doesn't care. This place fell off

  Every time I use the drive-through, they are extremely kind and helpful. Never had a problem with a wrong purchase, and occasionally even went above and beyond service.

  I live in the area n I’ve been patient with this location countless times. It has become a habit to expect errors or missing items. This is fast food and 90% of the time I can’t verify the order is correct or complete. My wife is diabetic and they fail to point out which one is diet.

  I placed this order for delivery on Grub Hubb.This restaurant is ridiculous I will never order here again. Save your time and your money the quality of service and food isn't worth the wait for the drive. 11:26am my order was placed it was delivered at 12:06pm cold over cooked dry my Iced Vanilla-cino was mostly water and creamer. They even forgot my meal. Your suppose to make the order fresh for delivery not pack it up out the way into the microwave one soft sandwich and one brick one? Both patties dry. Yous deserve to shut down and re-ran by new management because to think that its barely lunch and this is what you get? Absolutely not! Thanks for the worst experience.
