  Food was okay, they messed up on a sandwich when clearly specified. It isn't really a big deal, considering its fast food.

  We waited in the drive thru for about 25 minutes to receive a screwed up order on 2 items, and completely left out one. Fries were cold and soggy

  We waited 35 minutes in drive-thru for a screwed up order, cold fries, not even heat lamp warm, COLD fries. Called the manager who was RUDE and has no business running a store. Save yourself a trip and eat elsewhere. This store deserves an F at best.

  Not sure where all the hate is coming from since I’ve never had a bad experience here. The servers are always friendly (usually here between 3:30-4:30 PM when visiting), quick, and accurate with my change. My food is always hot, well-seasoned, and tasty. Of the three mega fast food chains within the area Wendy’s consistently offers the best experience. My reasoning for four stars is that this is fast food. There’s nothing super special about it, but the service has never disappointed.
