  Horrible experience. Always mess up the orders. They need serious customer service teaching.

  The staff taking my order have always been very pleasant here. Makes a difference even for a fast food chain. Definitely recommend if you're trying to grab something delicious really fast and not feel bloated afterwards as if you just ate a bucket of plastic. Very filling portions too so pace yourself.

  The dining area is clean and well-lit with WiFi available. The customer service is polite. The dine-in service seems a bit slow with the cashier handling both the purchase and the final order prep, but not inordinately slow. The food prep seems quick. The focus seems to be on the drive-thru. Overall, I think the food is a step up from McDonald's. Their veggies are definitely superior making for better salads and toppings.

  A week ago I left a very dear (and quite expensive) scarf at this restaurant. The manager, Ms. Lovely kept it safe for me and I could pick it up from her on Sunday. If you add the value of a consistently good fast food restaurant to a group of honest employees, Wendy's has a winner with this particular restaurant.
