::Worst fast-food restaurant ever! Not just the worst Wendy's but worst fastbood establishment. The line at night is always out to broadway. Once you finally get to the order menu. They ask you to wait. The wait is usually 5 mins then they take your order. It's an aweful business they run. I can't believe they make every car wait 5 mins then you can order. It's like they can only make one order at a time then take the next order.

::Absolute trash. Like most businesses on the north side. Exceedingly slow, unfriendly, unprofessional, unappetizing. Instead of wasting your time and money, just eat a handful of the filthiest single dollar bills you can find. The flavor will be at about par with the garbage they're trying to serve, and at least it would be a faster and more pleasant exchange than dealing with these people. I would sooner slam my whole face in a drawer than go back to this location. And their frosty machine never seems to work... my guess is they're just lazy and don't want to do the job they're paid (for some reason) to do. Hard pass.

::The worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever visited. Been here a couple times and found out it wasn’t just a bad day that the service was extremely slow, It’s their norm. They’ll just stop taking drive through orders and will make you sit there well over twenty minutes to take your order, and that’s not including if you’re waiting a car or more in line. Cars leave constantly because they’re simply not taking food orders. I’ve gone inside and the place is dirty with garbage everywhere, the outside is littered with tons of trash as well. When we finally got our food order taken, it was wrong and they won’t listen to you when u say u have coupons, they tell u they’ve taken them off the total already only to find out they lied when u get your receipt, that u have to ask for in order to get. Just terribly unorganized and in desperate need for some management to go in there and step it up. How is this place allowed to continue to run like this?

::Wish there was no star. Customer punched me in the face while I was in the drive through. He wasnt moving in his car so I honked once. He got out and started shouting. Do no take kids here. Not good neighborhood. Employees simply said "we can't help you we have no cameras"
