::This Wendy's restaurant needs to be closed. Waited over 20 minutes for my 4 for 4 with hot tea. The female (wearing a beige jacket ) with order headpiece did NOTHING the entire time I was there except get herself a drink. The female the manager asked to get my hot tea only did so unwillingly 10 minutes later and then only filled my cup 2/3rds full COMPLAINING the entire time . Sorry---close &fire the entire staff you presently have now. Then hire new people in a month. Yes there was a customer acting up but call the police. A new male came and just stood around until another worker asked him to get some wrappers for the sandwiches. Then he stood around some more

::This Wendy's is awful. It's a 2 star Wendy's during the day shift and a 0 star Wendy's any time after 8PM. They are 100% going to screw up your order or give you something way below par EVEN by fast food standards. If your burger is OK your fries will be cold or your drink watered down. If the fries or good the rest is just terrible. They just can't seem to get it right. Employees can be very short and rude as well. If it's day time go anywhere else, if its late at night try the GetGo across the street.

::Giving one star is too much. This Wendy's is terrible!. We came at 2:01 i understand they were closed but we sat at the order screen for a few minutes. Nobody said ANYTHING. They could at least say "we're closed". Pulled up someone was at the window (a black male) looked right at us and walked away. AGAIN, could have said "we're closed" no he just looked at us like am idiot.
