  Annie the cashier, provided the best service I have ever had a fast food place. Food was hot and fresh.

  I've had many really good experiences at this location, but I have also had a few very bad ones as well. Along with that, there are some employees here that are extremely friendly and helpful, and a few that are rude every time they are there when I am. When they get it right, they are one of the better locations that you can go to. When they've gotten it wrong, they've gotten it REALLY wrong. I think of myself as an understanding person, and I realize that mistakes will happen. However, when they have messed up the order, I was made to feel (by the manager on duty) that I was the one that ordered wrong (I know that I didn't, because I order the same thing, EVERY TIME). It can be a crapshoot, but I recommend this Wendy's. Just make sure to check your order at the window before you pull away.

  Person at register did not know how to process digital coupon from Wendy's phone app. Burger patties weren't cooked thoroughly. Everything else was fine.

  Great food and fast service. My order has always been correct every time I've been.
