::I witnessed the GM being horrible to a disabled girl. She was being rude and making fun of her; I bet she got picked on a lot in high school. It made my stomach turn so I won't be coming back to this location again.

::The way in which I was told that they had no soda, led me to believe that they would not have it again. The soda station is one of those brand new, all in one types, and it looked like it hadn't worked, or been cleaned, for some time. The burgers were hot, though. And it was a comfortable dining experience, in all. Just wish I had something to drink.

::This location tried to reject my Samsung Pay payment by telling me that the payment will be rejected or charged back AFTER I paid with it and my receipt printed, all this while street people are actively STEALING soda and filling their bags with all the condiment packets and utensils. Manager finally gives in and says that they'll take it this one time, which damn right my bank was charged so I had better get food. The only decent part of this horrible experience was the cashier that repeatedly apologized for the awful service his manager was giving me. You can't pick and choose how you decide people can pay, if you accept cards then you accept mobile credit payment, chargebacks don't show business how the payment was taken it only shows card type so if you're going to make your own obscure rules on picking and choosing how someone can pay then we will not return. Better yet, I'll come back and pay with counterfeit bills since you accept cash which can be easily manipulated rather then a verified credit or debit payment.

::This is one of the worst run locations! It’s like the big food company’s don’t want us using their restrooms? I have to ask someone to use the restroom at this location? Wow. I had to wait an watch a mom in the store ask the cashier for the restroom for her little boy 4 times an the little boy telling his mom he is going to wet his pants. I won’t ever return to Wendy’s. I’m paying for the food there and have to ask to use the restroom at a fast food place. Just wow.

::Food & prices are the the same as every other Wendy's (which I like) but the service in the late afternoon is atrocious, especially when Candy/Candice is working. On many occasions we have stood at the counter for 5+ minutes before someone even acknowledges we are there and it's even longer before they ask for your order. When the mentioned clerk is working she will be at the register staring off in the distance w/o saying a word then get attitude/obnoxious when you ask her if she is ready to take your order. If she is the one preparing the order it is usually right but another 10 minute wait for even a simple order. A few months ago I bought a gift card for a homeless vet who I saw not have enough change to get what he wanted (who she was rude to for counting the change) and it took almost 30 minutes for her & the manager to get me the gift card (they weren't very busy either). It's a shame that's the only one in the area as I have been pushed to go to other fast food just to get & eat warm food in less time than my commute.
