  My experience is always ok. It's fast food, that actually used fresh beef, not frozen patties. The neighbors (Mickey D's just started that concept). If you complain it accomplishes nothing. Besides that particular location is getting new staff and being remodeled soon.

  Food is usually not correct so please check your order before you leave .. the food is always fresh though

  Don't deserve a single star! Sat for 15-20 minutes in the drive through, only to pull up to order and the screen is completely blacked out, I actually thought it was broken. I wait for a minute, no response, wait some more, nothing, complete silence. Finally I say "hello?" No answer. Another "hello, is this working?". Nothing! I wait some more before finally saying, "Ok, pulling around." Still nothing from the blacked out window, so I pull around. When I finally get to the window, the girl says, "I had a line of people." No, sorry for the wait or nothing. Then she tells they're out of chili. "We ain't got no lids, and no meat." You have got to be kidding me! I mean seriously, what kind of mess is that? It's 6:30pm, they got 50 people working inside, WTH are they in there doing? And no one could have said, "hello, one moment please."??? I almost ordered something else, but she looked mad that I pulled around so I thought better of it. I will never go to this Wendy's again.

  I would not have given them the one star if it was not for the nice drive thru worker. Food is either cold or old. New to the area but will go to Bartlett for better food.
