  Went there for quick meal coming from work. It was clean, good service and food was good .

  I ordered a Sausage Egg and cheese and got a bacon egg and cheese with soft soggy bacon 🤮. Really?? Billion dollar company still can't get it right.

  Alan and Isidra were so wonderful to work with. The Medford Wendy's made me feel that that is the best place to get my food because Alan an Isidra treated me so nice and professionally. My order was on point!!! These two managers made sure that my order was perfect. Wendy's is sooo good. But when you have Managers like Alan and Isidra, you're food is GARANTEED to be SUPER. Thanks Alan, Isidra, and Wendy's. You all ROCK!!!!

  Usually long lines during dinner rush Make sure they take off the $$ from the coupon at the 1st window. The guy had no idea what to do when I handed him the coupon and charged me regular price. I had to dispute it at the 2nd register and the manager gave me $4 cashback for the coupon value. Otherwise, food is fresh Fries weren't that great but Wendy's fries aren't. the best to begin with.

  Geez how many fake reviews here. I’ve lived close by for 10 years. My order is correct 1 out of 10 times. No one likes arriving at home just to find your order screwed up. Piece out
