  Good food at a reasonable price, this is an updated Wendy's restaurant with lots of modern annuities. They do a great job keeping the place clean.

  Our favorite place to eat because of the smiling, happy worker named Jordi. He finds the best deals, is always kind and thoughtful, ready to make our experience great, and responds to our many requests. A Diamond in the rought.

  The first time I went there they put 2 sandwiches on my tab and I only asked for one and I even requested a different type of cheese and still got the cheese it came with. I said I would never go back, but out of convenience, I went again and this time they gave me cold fries (no exaggeration), but my nuggets were fast-food warm so I’ll give them 2 stars for that, and being generous w their sauce. It should probably be a rule that they throw their fries out after sitting for a while. Wendy’s on Mississippi and Chambers is the best and the freshest, so expect to wait. Hampden and Tower location are descent, but way better than this one.

  This location is nice to look at, so two stars. The hamburgers never taste good because the bread feels like someone left it out all night. Fries aren't warm, and the drive-thru is always 6 cars deep. Oh, and they don't give receipts so you never know what you ordered versus what they rang up. No way to leave a survey response either. I'll stay away.

  I love Wendy’s, but this one is shockingly bad and has no clue what the word “fast” means. The serviced is consistently bad and they often just don’t have some food items. Because it is close to where I live, I keep going back thinking it would be better, but it never is. It seems the staff does not really care if you are happy or not, they look like they just want to get out of there themselves. They don’t even attempt to make things better by offering a free food item or coupon for future visits. I am surprised Wendy's lets this place stay open under the current management. It gives a bad name to the Wendy’s franchise; when the other locations are very good.
