::I felt like it was a burden for me to grab some food. None of the employees looked at me or acknowledge. I was there it look like they were cooking some thing else in the kitchen if you know what I mean

::This has literally been my best Wendy’s experience, Tony was working with limited staff and killing it! Fresh food, great service and barely staff. She needs a raise!

::This location has gone downhill! It had been quite a while since I'd been there, ordering my usual apple pecan salad and small fries. The fries were greasy and soggy. The pecans had expired in Dec of 2022 (today is 3/30/23). I tried to call the number on the receipt to let them know and no one answered the phone; eventually it cut off. I called back several times and got a busy signal. Maybe someone will read this???

::I went to wendys today on my lunch break. I went inside because I wanted my food to be dropped fresh. The 1st thing I saw was an employee smoking in front of the building. I was hoping he wasn't the one at the front register. He was! I prayed he washed his hands before he clocked back in. I ordered my food and told him I would wait for fresh food. They gave me cold nuggets and fries. He said they just dropped those. So they're fresh. I said No these are cold." I want my money back. The manager had an attitude. Like she didn't want to give me my money back. Like she was so busy. She was on her phone the whole time. Oh, by the way. It wasn't busy there at all. Never again will I visit this location. Wish I could've given them a half star.

::I drove all the way here because it was stated online that they opened at 6:30 am and I got there at 8:30 am. One of the employees at the drive through screen stated “we’re closed”. I had to ask what time they opened he then said “9:00 am”. I waited around and came back at that time he then stated “we’re closed” once again. I asked what time are they opening because he just told me that they would be open. I received no response. I pulled around to the window to get a better understanding and the lady who was right at the window looked at me and walked off looks like to the the side of the store in the lobby to where I couldn’t see her. I waited at the window for a few mins and there was still no return. When I finally pulled off from the window there was at least 3 employees sitting in the lobby. A simple form of communication would’ve resolved all of this. But instead every chose to sit around and not say anything . I am highly disappointed with the customer service and I will not be returning .
