  Don't charge me for a large fry if you are not going to fill it up more than a medium or small. Prices are too high to not get value foe your money. Do better.

  Order is consistently wrong here. I have to hold up the line to inspect the bags. And then tell them what they forgot or didn't do. The location is close so I'll be back unfortunately. It would seem like a pretty easy job. Fries and burgers. How you mess it up so often is mystery

  First off I understand being short staffed, but when your the one running the drive through window and headset THE LEAST YOU CAN DO is say one moment or I apologize for the wait. And then after 5 mins of sitting in a line with no one in front of us. The older woman finally comes on and is just rude. We pull up to the window and she says nothing just hands us two orange juice shuts the window and when she comes back says the price and holds hand out for payment without any eye contact just very snotty… when given our order she said receipt, ketchup or ranch. She crumbles the receipt before I could even respond a full sentence and put something in the bag and shut the window… sad part is I think she was a manager…..

  Horrible place. Go here if you want to have a simple order messed up. Pretty much every time I go to this location, they just throw the sandwich together with basically no toppings or forget to add something required. I only order the basic sandwich with no changes too, so this shouldn’t be so difficult. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this is it for me. If you can’t get the advertised ingredients correct then don’t sell the item, or better train your staff. Also, the cashier who is handling peoples food literally saw the garbage overflowing and pushed it down with her bare hands, she never had gloves on and was handling food. Disgusting. The photo added is the hot and spicy chicken sandwich….

  Received incorrect sandwich that would have been cheaper if it was actually ordered. 6 piece nugget only had 5. Food was old/cold. The speed going through the drive thru was fast but that doesn't make up for not getting the order correct and the food being bad.
