  I have known Wendy for several years - first as a friend and then as a client of mine. During that experience, I was thoroughly impressed with Wendy's business acumen and knowledge of the market. That's why I have always been quick to recommend her to friends. However, I finally got to experience Wendy's skills first-hand when my husband and I decided to sell our house. Wendy quickly jumped into action and I was impressed with how she marketed our property. Her hard work paid off - our house sold in TWO DAYS and we got the price we wanted! On top of that, Wendy's connections helped us discover a new construction property to buy that wasn't even on the market. It's a great opportunity to get in an up-and-coming neighborhood. Not only are we excited to be building a new house, we believe this will be an excellent investment for us. Wendy is a go-getter and a class act. She's well-connected, super-savvy and absolute joy to work with - I can't recommend her enough!
