  I don't recommend banking here. Worst customer service. I believe their employees "Roxanne" would benefit greatly from a training solely focused on one on one customer interaction. Her lack of competency in social skills makes communication nearly impossible. And what's even worse, is her position requires her to interact with people. The irony!

  Would not recommend going to this bank, Worst staff i have seen in my entire life. Had me running back and forth for a personal unsecured loan, 2 weeks later and still no answer. If i could give this location a corner of a star i would. GO BANK AT OTHER WELLS FARGO !!

  Made a transaction with the banker named Sofia, she is very accomodating and very helpful. She corrected the problem with my records in such a short time. I know I made the right decision to open an account in Wells Fargo, and on this branch. Excellent customer service.

  Gina is very nice and she makes the whole bank seem better than it already is.
