::If there's a ZERO star option, I will do that without blinking my eyes! Horrible customer service! The lady banker refused to provide a letter that consisted of my name and FULL account number with her signature and bank stamp for an oversea retirement fund transfer! It's just a simple bank certification to proof that I have a valid/legal existing account where my fund can be transferred to! She said she's not comfortable to do it. What a joke!

::Horrible service! When we walked in one month ago and ask for some account service, we were told that we need make appointment online first. We did It. On Oct 24, then banker called my husband saying she double booked and need reschedule our appointment to Wednesday. We came in today 10 minutes before the rescheduled time, and we’re told that the banker is out sick today and nobody else can help us. What a perfect story for Wells Fargo demonstrating their fantastic service! On the contrary, the PNC service is the heaven. We have just closed some loan service with them. PNC service is what a customer can ask for. We are done with Wells Fargo. I would rather put zero star if I can with the review.

::I work for the State of MD. I am not a Wells Fargo client but the check I cashed is drawn in this bank. As soon as I pull up to the drive through the teller states I have to come inside. I explained to her that I’ve cashed a check via drive through before and I have a 1 year old in the car. She said she had to check on something and then let me know if this would be ok. She came back 2 seconds later to ask for the check and two forms of ID. I send it through and another person pulls up at the other drive through window. She tells me she has to help him first since he’s an actual customer. I wait a while and she comes back to ask how I’d like my cash. I state 100s and 50s. She asked if she could give me 20s. Why ask then?? Her name was Heba. Gotta work on your customer service maam.

::The bank staff is pretty friendly, but the drive up ATM outside is frequently out of money, receipt paper, or undergoing repair. Update: Good location for an ATM, but this ATM OFTEN does NOT have any cash and today when I went, the machine was turned off. There was no notification as to why? 5/7/21 7:15am. I had to go across the street and use the ATM it in the Royal Farms. Hopefully Wells Fargo doesn’t charge me a surcharge....

::I have opened my safe deposit box there. Good thing that one of my friend informed me that they have available safe deposit box. For opening safe deposit box, we need checking account therefore, I opened my account there. It took very long time then expected. I noticed that because of they have to leave around 5. She was doing little hurry and due to that she forgot apply promotional code. So she has to do process again. Other thing that I noticed in this branch in comparison with other branch in ellicott city that my friend got free cheque book when open new checking account. In ellicott city branch, they also setup online account in branch. However, they did not give any instructions in Columbia branch. They should go in procedure with customer does not matter if office will close and I went in branch before 1 hour of closing time. They have good parking lot but little smaller.
