::Worst service! Many bankers are just sitting free and not even thinking about customers who are waiting. They will tell you to sit for 2-3 hours just for simple thing like nottary. 4 bankers were there and roaming around but no one was helping any customers. I recommend you to go to nearest Eden prairie branch. Lazy and worst staff award goes to this branch.

::Received the most aweful service ever from Wells Fargo at this branch! I'm sure the person who went before me can attest for that. We received service from a middle age lady with short wavy/curly hair. SHE NEEDS TO PATCH UP ON HER CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The line was so long and they barely had people working. When the lady finally open up a second window and started helping out the way she spoke with customers and assisted them was VULGAR! When it was my turn, I visited the branch in hopes of withdrawing a few $2 dollar bills, and she responded rudely with "who told you we have $2 bills?" Like wth?? Uh no one! You're a bank so of course I would think you carry them. I've drawn $2 bills from other branches before w/o any issues. That is not the proper way to speak and ask a customer. Then the teller proceeded to ask her coworkers from her chair, do you have $2 bills, anyone, anybody at all?... " Then turns around and tells me "nope, we don't have." Her lack of service was so poor and she obviously did not put any effort into looking. She did not even proceed to check in the back at all. If you don't have any then simply say, we don't carry any here and that's it instead of trying to put on a whole "SHOW OF HORRIBLE NO EFFORT CUSTOMER SERVICE!" TOTALLY A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH! PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMPLOYEES!

::Recently waited more than 30 minutes to access my safety deposit box, although I repeatedly informed the banker that I only needed to store my tax filing copies & wouldn't need to take the box to a room. When finally able to do this, I finished & returned to my car in less than 5 minutes. I was told that I should get an appointment in the future. So today I have spent 90 minutes (so far) calling the Xerxes bank (getting the "no banker available" message) & being locked out of the website. It will probably be easier to drive to the bank & wait. If I could find a different location for a safe deposit box, I would move immediately. All my other accounts have already been moved to BCU & Capital One.

::The bankers have always been great and willing to work with us. However, the tellers were rude and literally shut the blinds on my face when I had a question, then when they realized I had a question, they answered from behind the blinds. I get that they maybe had difficulties with staffing and other issues but its no reason to treat customers like an inconvenience. I highly suggest avoiding this location if at all possible

::This location is terrible and way understaffed. On a weekday at 10am, I spent 35’ waiting for the only banker they had on the day. What worse? No one updated me on how long I had to wait. I just sat there killing my valuable time. And it is not the first time, I have had to wait on other occasions for my banking need. I decided to close my Wells Fargo account and move my $ to another bank that cares about customer services. So disappointed.
