::I was out in ten minutes. Was waiting in line for five minutes because there was a person in front of me. The bank is clean and the staff is very friendly.

::Zero Stars. In line for over 30 minutes. Teller took my deposit, but spent almost 10 minutes scanning and reviewing it. She did not want to take the next customer so she delayed and delayed my transaction. Topping it off she now needs a manager to approve my deposit with no cash back. Took the manger 10 minutes to come over and review her work. He basically took his time reviewing what she reviewed, again more delay. Line is now out the door, with business customers ( who I am) complaining about the fact that they do not have the business teller line open. The manger was taking his sweet time knowing I needed to leave because of other commitments. It seems that employees are working as slow as possible because of lack of staff. Zero customer service, after 10 more minutes I left without completing my deposit. I will go to a customer friendly bank, such as CB&T they care about customer service.

::In the many years I have been a customer with Wells Fargo and the dozens and dozens of Wells Fargo banks I have visited across California, this branch is unequivocally and unconditionally the worst of all banks I have ever been to. As I waited in line outside under the burning Fresno hot sun, customers were coming out with tired, hopeless faces after having waited more than an hour to get service. After 20 minutes of waiting outside, I was finally able to get inside where the grueling wait persists. Inside, customers started cheering as another employee who was just hanging out in the middle decided to come and open a third teller’s line. But she looked as if she was going to kill herself. Then there were at least 3 other employees in the back (at least one of whom I suspect to have been the manager) coming in and out of the back area and chatting and laughing, which frankly added fuel to the fire and made me hate them even more. They know what is happening. They see the faces of customers. But they fail to do anything about it. To make things worse, they just closed the third window again. Now, it has been approximately 40 minutes and I am not even half way through the line.

::This place is amazing! Shivonnie has been my go to banker forever. She has THE BEST customer service I've ever had and because of her I drive out of my way to come here. Also picked this location for my box. I'm a loyal customer. Wells offers free notary too, to any of their customers.
