  The people are super nice and try to be helpful, but five times now I've went for different issues and each time I was told I would get a call back... not once did they contact me. Not that day, or the next day, or even a week later. They don't even call to let you know they're still working your case. Don't tell someone you'll call them back if a) you never intended to, or b) you never do. I have better things to do than call my bank over and over to try to get an answer. Makes me wonder if they're taking the time to even "look into" the problems. Very very disappointing.

  horrible just horrible i know why this place is just filled with special people old lady takes all the time in the world for a withdraw time to swich banks

  Everyone is friendly and considerate. As with all businesses, there might be times when all the employees are busy helping a customer, however, I have never seen an abuse of ignoring anyone. Great place.

  This location has terrible service. The manager is not understanding and interrupts you while talking. The employees are lazy and just a bad place, I do not recommend this location at all.
