  Although, I generally like the employees at the Wells Fargo branch offices, the bank has strayed from meaningful customer service. I have had two accounts arbitrarily closed without the bank giving me an opportunity to respond in the last year. If your account is inactive for a few months, they'll close it. What kind of security does this give a customer?

  Not a good bank since I have been with them I have been having problems with them

  Best customer service. Staff is very friendly and professional. Every time I go in there I'm treated like family by all the bankers and tellers.
