::We came here with a list of questions and updates needed to be made on our accounts. Banker Reene patiently answered each and all of them in a professional manner. The fact that our oppointment was tight to the bank's closing time didn't prevent her from going through details of the bank's services in depth and width. She sent us off with some lollies pops for our kids that cheer up their drive back home after a long wait for parents at the bank. Keep up the good work Reene and all the best for the coming baby!

::They are super helpful and kind at this location. The only frustrating thing is that it seems every time I come to deposit, their ATMs are not accepting deposits which means I have to go inside. This can sometimes be inconvenient but the staff is always willing to help and they work fast.

::The clerk is very unprofessional, I asked a simple thing to cash a check and deposit the cash so that I can have all the funds available immediately, instead she deposited it directly placing a hold on the funds! How many high schools does it take you to know how to cash a check and not be so stupid when a customer asks you? Considering switching to a better bank!

::Loan Sharks would have provided better service! I have been banking with Wachovia way before it became WellsFargo, I stopped by two weeks ago just to gather some information regarding auto loan. even-though I wanted to have the option to shop around some how I found myself in the middle of process. I was very clear from the beginning that in a week I will shop for cars and I rather know ahead of time what is needed .he told me many times that it will be smooth and fast and all I need to do is to come to the bank and sing the papers and the CHECK will be Deposited into my ACCOUNT and I will write a personal check to whomever I will buy the car from. it was never clear what types of document I need to provide and I ended up going back and forth to the bank and basically getting nothing done. he never delivered what he promised and he always blamed it on THEM , and sounded as he is separate from the bank. when it came to singing the paper works it was not legit at all, he pulled some random papers from a pile of a paper and asked me to sign so he can use it for when the actual paper work ready to be printed. the amount of the loan the name of the car seller and the length of the loan were all incorrect. any ways, the car was bought. two days later I saw a new account was added to my accounts which I was never asked for or agreed to. next day a credit card showed up in the mail. and this is the best part I have received a rejection letter for PERSONAL LOAN last night. bottom line my credit score dropped due to many credit checks , and a week before Christmas I am spending time cleaning up this mess and canceling credit card and unwanted accounts. my advice is to stick with online banking and avoid this branch or just switch banks.
